"Thorny Branch Bamboo" FEATURES: Great fence. Thorns around lower branches. Good poles and shoots. S.E.Asia origin.

A slightly smaller version of B. arundinacea. Equally effective as a living fence.

Furniture imported from the Philippines was supposedly made from the poles that would be most difficult to harvest. Culms strong & straight.
